 Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped from our warehouse, simply click "Cancel Order" on our website and/or email us at raggio.shop@outlook.com. We'll handle the rest. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped from our warehouse. If eligible, refunds will be initiated after the product is returned to us and the product and packaging are verified. In case of any refunds approved by Raggio, it will take 35 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
 

Replacement & Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with our products. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where a wrong (as per order) or defective product has been delivered.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must return the wrong or defective product in unused condition, in its original packaging, along with the original tags and invoice. Failure to do so may result in the denial of replacement or refund.

The customer must request a replacement within 1 day of receiving the wrong or defective product and provide all necessary proof to demonstrate that the product received was incorrect, damaged, or non-operational. Replacement or refund processing will commence only after the returned products are verified. The company reserves the right to reject returns that do not match the provided proof or are incomplete.

If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse the delivery of the package and submit a ticket on the same day at raggio.shop@outlook.com, including your order ID and a picture of the damaged parcel.
