 Shipping and Cancellation Policy

Order Processing and Delivery Time:

  • Delivery times vary based on the destination. However, we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders.

  • Subject to payment confirmation, items will be shipped within 3-5 working days from the order date.

  • Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next working day.
     

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed on the checkout page.

  • The total amount paid at checkout includes both the product and courier charges.
     

Order Tracking:

  • After dispatch, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking ID will be sent to you.

  • You can track your order using the provided tracking ID on the logistic partner's website.
     

Replacements:

  • Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your product. Requests made after this period will not be entertained as per company policy.
     

International Orders:

  • For international orders, all taxes and duties of the respective country will be borne by the customer.
     

Order Cancellations:

  • Cancellations are accepted if the request is received within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched from our fulfillment center, whichever is earlier.
